HEALTH IS WEALTH

kagagaling lang namin ni kumander sa pagdya-jogging.  as much as possible, we try to jog every wednesday and saturday night.  doon kami nagdya-jogging may tabi ng creek which starts from potong pasir and ends in bishan park.  of course, not the full length.  we only cover the stretch of about 3 km, or roughly 2o minutes of continuous jog for true aerobic exercise.  well light lighted and well paved yung jogging path.  ibang klase talaga kapag affluent ang bansa.
