it's the "running cost", in terms of US (billion) dollar, of the ugly war in Iraq. very elementary ang banat nila, laymen's approach ika nga. it illustrates the impact, if those dollars and cents were used to fund various world ills... hunger, AIDS epedemic, public education, etc.

specially this dubya's war, a war based on "fabricated" false pretenses. i hope and pray na matalo sana ang smegs na 'to sa coming election!
